Return and Refund Policy
It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all products immediately upon delivery and ensure that the items received match the order placed.
Return or exchange requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact.sanskritibazaar@gmail.com along with clear images and a proper explanation of the issue. Requests made after 48 hours from delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.
To support any claim regarding damaged products, incorrect items, missing items, or size issues, customers must provide a clear and continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel. Claims without valid unboxing video proof will not be considered.
Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange
Return or exchange will only be accepted in the following cases:
- Damaged product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Manufacturing defect
- Valid size issue
- Missing item in the package
Non-Eligible Reasons
Return, exchange, or refund requests will not be accepted for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Personal dislike of color, design, fabric, fitting, or material
- “Product did not satisfy my needs” or similar subjective reasons
- Minor color variation due to photography or screen display differences
- Incorrect size selected by the customer despite size chart availability
- Products that have been used, washed, printed, dyed, altered, ironed, or damaged after delivery
Condition for Return Approval
Returned products must meet all of the following conditions:
- Product must be unused and unwashed
- Product must be returned with original packaging, tags, labels, and invoice/receipt
- Product must be free from perfume, stains, marks, damage, or any signs of usage
- Product must reach our warehouse in proper condition after inspection approval
BHARAT SANSKRITI BAZAAR reserves the sole right to reject any return or exchange request if the returned product does not meet the above conditions.
Return Process
After approval of the return request, customers must dispatch the product within 1 to 2 days. Reverse pickup service will be arranged only where courier service is available. In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product.
Exchange Policy
Products may be exchanged with another available product from our website.
- Exchange is allowed only one time per order
- Exchange products will be dispatched within 3 to 10 business days after successful inspection of the returned item
- If the exchanged product value is higher, the customer must pay the difference amount
- If the exchanged product value is lower, the remaining balance will be issued as a store coupon
- Coupon codes once issued will be considered delivered and we will not be responsible for misuse of the same
Refund Policy
Refunds will only be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product at our warehouse.
- Approved refund amounts will be credited within 4 to 5 business days to the original payment method
- Shipping charges, return shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway fees, taxes, and other handling charges are non-refundable unless the error occurred from our side
Refund for Refused or Unaccepted Deliveries
If a customer refuses to accept the order at the time of delivery or the shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or non-cooperation, the refund amount will be issued only after deducting:
- Forward shipping charges
- Return shipping charges
- Payment gateway charges
- Other applicable handling charges
The remaining amount will be provided only in the form of a store coupon.
Customized & Modified Products
Products customized, altered, printed, embroidered, dyed, or specially prepared on customer request are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.
International Orders
Due to export regulations, customs duties, and international shipping limitations, return, exchange, or refund is not applicable for international orders.
Final Decision
The final decision regarding acceptance or rejection of any return, exchange, or refund request shall remain solely with BHARAT SANSKRITI BAZAAR after inspection and verification of the product condition and supporting evidence.
