Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Product Inspection and Reporting

It is the responsibility of the buyer to inspect all products immediately upon delivery and ensure that the items received match the order placed.

Return or exchange requests should be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing us at contact.sanskritibazaar@gmail.com, along with clear images and a proper explanation of the issue.

To support any claim regarding damaged products, incorrect items, missing items or size issues, customers are requested to provide a clear and continuous unboxing video recorded at the time of opening the parcel. Photographs and other relevant evidence may also be submitted for review.

Requests received after 48 hours may be more difficult to verify and will be assessed based on the available evidence and applicable requirements. Nothing in this policy limits any rights available to customers under applicable law.

Eligible Reasons for Return or Exchange

Return or exchange requests will be considered in the following cases:

Damaged product received
Wrong product delivered
Manufacturing defect
Valid size issue
Missing item in the package

All requests are subject to verification and the applicable conditions of this policy.

Non-Eligible Reasons

Return, exchange or refund requests may not be accepted for the following reasons:

Change of mind
Personal dislike of colour, design, fabric, fitting or material
The product did not satisfy the customer's personal needs or preferences
Minor colour variations caused by photography, lighting or screen display differences
Incorrect size selected by the customer despite the availability of a size chart
Products that have been used, washed, printed, dyed, altered, ironed or damaged after delivery, except where the issue is attributable to a defect or other circumstances covered by applicable law

These exclusions are subject to any mandatory rights or remedies available under applicable law.

Conditions for Return Approval

Returned products must meet the following conditions, wherever applicable:

The product must be unused and unwashed.
The product must be returned with its original packaging, tags, labels and invoice or receipt.
The product should be free from perfume, stains, marks, damage or other signs of use.
The returned product must reach our warehouse in proper condition and undergo inspection after return approval.

BHARAT SANSKRITI BAZAAR reserves the right to reject a return or exchange request if the returned product does not meet the applicable conditions stated above, subject to applicable law.

Return Process

After approval of a return request, customers must dispatch the product within 1–2 days, following the instructions provided by our team.

Reverse pickup will be arranged only where courier service is available. In areas where reverse pickup is unavailable, customers may be required to self-ship the product. Any applicable return shipping charges will be communicated according to the reason for return, the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.

Exchange Policy

Products may be exchanged for another available product listed on our website, subject to approval and stock availability.

Exchange is allowed only once per order.
Exchange products will generally be dispatched within 3–10 business days after successful inspection and approval of the returned item.
If the exchange product has a higher value, the customer must pay the difference.
If the exchange product has a lower value, the remaining balance will be issued as a store coupon, subject to the customer's agreement.
Customers are responsible for keeping coupon codes secure. BHARAT SANSKRITI BAZAAR cannot be responsible for unauthorised use resulting from the customer's failure to protect the code.

All exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable law.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval of the returned product, where inspection is applicable.

Approved refunds will generally be initiated within 4–5 business days through the original payment method, wherever supported.
The time taken for the refunded amount to appear in the customer's account may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
Shipping charges, return shipping charges, COD charges, payment gateway fees, taxes and other handling charges will be handled according to the reason for the refund, the terms disclosed before purchase and applicable law.
Where an error is attributable to BHARAT SANSKRITI BAZAAR, the applicable refund and charges will be handled accordingly.

For orders cancelled before dispatch, approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method, subject to payment-provider procedures.

Refund for Refused or Unaccepted Deliveries

If a customer refuses to accept an order at the time of delivery, or a shipment is returned due to customer unavailability, an incorrect address or non-cooperation, the circumstances will be reviewed.

Applicable forward shipping charges, return shipping charges, payment gateway charges or other disclosed handling charges may be deducted where permitted by the disclosed order terms and applicable law.

The remaining eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method wherever supported. A store coupon may be offered as an alternative where the customer agrees.

Customized and Modified Products

Products customised, altered, printed, embroidered, dyed or specially prepared at the customer's request are generally non-returnable and non-refundable for change of mind or personal preference.

This restriction does not apply where a return, replacement or refund is required because of a defect, an incorrect item or any mandatory right under applicable law.

International Orders

International orders may be subject to export requirements, customs duties, import taxes and international shipping limitations.

Customers should contact us before arranging an international return or exchange, as return shipping and customs procedures may vary by destination.

Requests involving damaged, defective, incorrect or missing products will be reviewed based on the available evidence, the disclosed terms and applicable law. Nothing in this policy excludes any mandatory rights or remedies available to customers under applicable law.

Final Review of Requests

BHARAT SANSKRITI BAZAAR will review return, exchange and refund requests based on the product's condition, the evidence provided, the circumstances of the order and the terms of this policy.

The outcome will be communicated to the customer and will remain subject to applicable law.
